一、冷凍海產(chǎn)品進口注意事項
1、首先定出口國
不是所有***的海產(chǎn)品都可以進口的,只有已獲得輸華檢驗檢疫準入資格或已有輸華貿(mào)易的***(地區(qū))的海產(chǎn)品才允許進口;

2、確定水產(chǎn)品養(yǎng)殖方式
如果是養(yǎng)殖的水產(chǎn)品需要提供《進境動植物檢驗檢疫許可證》;

3、冷凍倉庫的確定
如果冷凍倉庫沒有在海關備過案,是不允許存放的。

二.進口前期,國外企業(yè)需要滿足哪些基本條件
1.國外合作企業(yè)**在在華注冊名單內(nèi)
(并不是所有的食品都有這個要求,需要在華注冊的只有像乳制品、肉類、水產(chǎn)品及燕窩)
在華注冊的簡單流程:由國外人員拿相關資料到駐外大***去申報受理,備案后,國內(nèi)會派人到國外公司去檢測,辦理在華注冊的時間大概2個月。

2.進口的冷凍海鮮**在水產(chǎn)品準入目錄內(nèi),像一個客戶提供的加拿大藍鱈魚并不在準入范圍內(nèi),所以是不能進口的。
三.經(jīng)營單位需要資質:
1.經(jīng)營冷凍水產(chǎn)品營業(yè)執(zhí)照
2.冷凍水產(chǎn)品衛(wèi)生許可證
備注:若無資質,可以用我公司的抬頭進口申報,即雙抬頭報關,我司作為經(jīng)營單位,貴司作為收貨單位。
四.進口冷凍海鮮企業(yè)需要提供哪些資料
1.國外企業(yè)資料:國外管方出具的原產(chǎn)地Z,衛(wèi)生證、成分檢測報告,水產(chǎn)品捕撈證書及一些普貨資料(箱單、合同等資料)

2.國內(nèi)企業(yè)資料:企業(yè)營業(yè)執(zhí)照,進出口權,換單委托書,***機構代理等
注意:若進口的冷凍海鮮是**的,則不需要辦理《進境動植物檢疫檢驗許可證》,
若進口的是養(yǎng)殖的,則需要辦理質檢證,需1-2個月左右時間。

五.進口冷凍海鮮的簡單流程 貨物到港流程:
換單(提貨單換提單)——報關報檢——查驗——商檢查驗——標簽——出衛(wèi)生證——放行(貨物到港完成放行時間7個工作日)

備注:貨物需要中性包裝,也就是里面裹一層薄膜袋,外面為紙箱。

六.關于進口冷凍海鮮費用問題
主要費用: 標簽費,倉儲費,碼頭雜費,運輸費,換單費,關稅等等費用
